The Sunshine Coast Jazz Club is a not-for-profit community club dedicated to presenting quality live jazz and supporting the musicians who bring it to life. We welcome members, visitors and performers who share a love of great music and the atmosphere of live performance.
Our story
Founded in 2001 by jazz-loving friends, the club began with a simple idea: create a welcoming place where people could enjoy live music together. Over the years, the club has grown, changed venues and built a loyal community of members and supporters.
Bursaries
In 2019 and 2021 the Sunshine Jazz Club awarded jazz bursaries to support the development of local youth on the Sunshine Coast who were interested and passionate about jazz. The Club will look for future opportunities to continue this community initiative in supporting our local youth as and when they arise.
